Use of Services

You agree to use ZNX according to the Terms of Service of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and any other applicable social media platform. Violation of any platform’s terms may result in consequences for which we are not responsible.

Pricing & Service Conditions

  • Service rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
  • We do not issue refunds for orders that are processing, even if they take longer than expected.
  • Orders without a refill guarantee are not eligible for refill, regardless of drop percentage. Please choose refill-enabled services if this is important to you.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the service type to fulfill your order if necessary.

Account Conduct & Suspension

  • Malicious or abusive behavior may result in account suspension.
  • Prior to suspension, users will be allowed to use any remaining balance.
  • Creating a new account after suspension is prohibited. Any remaining balance in such accounts will be forfeited.

Intended Use

All services offered by ZNX are strictly for personal use.

ZNX is not responsible for any damages—direct or indirect—that may affect you or your business through the use of our services.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any account suspensions, content removals, or penalties imposed by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform as a result of using our services.


Service Usage and Limitations

ZNX is intended solely to promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts by enhancing your appearance through metrics such as followers, likes, or views.

  • We do not guarantee that new followers will engage with your content. We only guarantee delivery of the quantity of followers you have purchased.
  • We do not guarantee that 100% of the accounts used will have profile pictures, bios, or posted content, although we make every effort to maintain high-quality standards.
  • You may not upload any content to the ZNX platform that contains nudity, violates community guidelines, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social networks.
  • Private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure your account is public before placing an order.

Important Notice

We strive to be transparent about our services. Unless explicitly stated in the service name or description, all followers, likes, and views provided by ZNX are artificial and do not represent real individuals or genuine user engagement.

These services are designed for cosmetic enhancement only and do not reflect authentic social interactions.

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the terms and policies of the platforms you use.

ZNX does not endorse or encourage any deceptive practices, including misrepresenting artificial engagement as real. Misleading others about the nature of the services may result in consequences from the respective social media platforms, for which ZNX holds no responsibility.


Payment, Refunds, and Order Policy

  • All payments made to ZNX are final. No refunds will be issued to your original payment method once a deposit is completed. Deposited funds must be used for placing orders through ZNX.
  • By making a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for any reason. Attempting to do so violates these Terms of Service.
  • If a dispute or chargeback is filed after a deposit:
    Your access to future orders will be terminated.
    Your account may be permanently banned.
    We reserve the right to remove any previously delivered followers, likes, or other services from your or your client’s social media accounts.
  • Orders placed through ZNX are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once submitted. In the event an order is non-deliverable, a refund credit will be issued to your ZNX account balance, not to your original payment method.
  • Orders made to private or incorrect accounts are not eligible for refunds. It is your responsibility to verify all details before submitting an order.
  • Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards, will result in immediate termination of your account. No exceptions will be made.
  • Do not use multiple servers or panels simultaneously for the same social media page. Doing so may interfere with accurate delivery. We will not issue refunds for any inconsistencies caused by multiple concurrent orders.

Compliance and Transparency

ZNX adheres to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding advertising practices and transparency. We do not support or condone any form of misleading or deceptive behavior, including the misrepresentation of purchased followers, likes, views, or other metrics as authentic or organic engagement.
